- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Amazing experience!!! If your unfortunate enough to need to visit an Urgent Care while on vacation this is the one to go to. We were in and out very quickly. The Nurse Practitioner and the other staff could not have been any nicer.January 26, 2017by michele sorge
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I got there early and the place was jammed, so I drove to the Hyatt location only to discover it's closed on the weekends. (the valet did not bother to tell me, but the Hyatt was gracious enough not to charge for parking.) Drove back to this location and the waiting room was nearly empty. WOW---they must move quickly! The intake process was quick and easy---only bad news was they don't take United Healthcare---I thought that a bit odd since they are one of the largest health insurers in the country! The doctor was polite and efficient---not overly "medical" or condescending like many docs these days. She confirmed what I suspected: bad sinus infection with the addition of a middle infection---looks like diving could be completely out of the picture, but she agreed to give me an injection of rocephin, which is a real heavy duty antibiotic. (I actually asked for it because I believe that was my only prayer for diving on this trip! Many doctors don't like to use it as they seem to think it's an antibiotic of last resort.) That plus a steroid injection, a prescription for Z pack and some cough suppressant---results, 24 hours later I feel about 95% better! I believe I will be able to dive within 3-4 days. Bottom line VERY positive review and results, but a bigger hit to the wallet than expected:$400+dollars, but a bite of that was the rocephin, so I really cannot complain. I am just hoping United will let me add it to my deductible when I get home. Two thumbs up, and thank you Dr. Bennett.December 23, 2016by Elizabeth Falconer
